The role focuses on collaborating with payroll stakeholders, processing payroll, and supporting HR while ensuring compliance and proactive initiative throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree with 60% average in final year (Honours preferred).
• Effective communication, adaptability and strong analytical problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learner and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with payroll stakeholders and process payroll.
• Support HR functions and ensure payroll compliance; take initiative.
