Job summary

Blue Pearl HQ is seeking an SAP MDG Lead to drive master data governance across a banking client landscape on an S/4HANA transformation. You will be the primary interface between business stakeholders, data owners, governance teams, and the offshore delivery team, defining and operationalizing governance processes.

The role covers data quality, process design, change management, testing, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
SAP MDG Certification.
Minimum 10 years SAP experience.
Minimum 5 years SAP MDG experience.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the master data governance framework, policies, controls, and stewardship model across the project.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the program team for all MDG-related activities. On client site minimum 4 days/week.
Drive data quality improvement, cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives across master data domains.
Oversee testing, deployment, training, and adoption of SAP MDG capabilities.
