Blue Pearl PTY is seeking an SAP MDG Lead in Johannesburg to steer the SAP Master Data Governance work-stream on a S/4HANA transformation program. The role interfaces with business data owners, governance teams, and offshore delivery to define and operationalize governance processes globally.

The successful candidate will lead across data quality, governance, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live adoption, requiring deep SAP MDG expertise and strong stakeholder engagement, with banking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required in IS/CS/Business/Finance/Accounting/Engineering or related field.
SAP MDG certification is required.
Minimum 10 years SAP experience.
Minimum 5 years SAP MDG experience.

Responsabilités

Define and lead the SAP MDG framework, policies, controls, and stewardship model across the project.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the program team; expect on-site presence min 4 days/week.
Drive data quality improvement, cleansing, validation, and governance across master data domains.
Oversee testing, deployment, and adoption of SAP MDG capabilities.
