Job summary

Penta Consulting seeks an SAP MDG Lead to drive Master Data Governance within a large SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will govern data quality, design governance frameworks, and ensure business adoption across the organisation.

The role requires extensive SAP MDG experience, MDG certification, and strong stakeholder management to coordinate with executives and offshore teams. Banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP and SAP MDG experience.
• SAP MDG Certification is required.
• Proven experience leading SAP MDG or Master Data Governance initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Banking industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP MDG workstream on an S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Define and implement master data governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship models.
• Drive SAP MDG solution design, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, governance teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Lead data quality, cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives.
• Oversee testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live adoption activities.
• Engage senior business and executive stakeholders to align governance with business objectives.

We're hiring an SAP MDG Lead for one of our major global technology partners. This role will lead the Master Data Governance workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, driving governance, data quality, solution delivery, and business adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
