Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in IS/CS/Business/Finance/Accounting/Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 10 years SAP experience.
• Minimum 5 years SAP MDG experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the SAP MDG framework, policies, controls, and stewardship model across the project.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the program team; expect on-site presence min 4 days/week.
• Drive data quality improvement, cleansing, validation, and governance across master data domains.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and adoption of SAP MDG capabilities.

The SAP MDG Lead will be responsible for leading the SAP Master Data Governance work-stream on an S/4HANAtransformation program. The role will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data owners,governance teams, and the offshore delivery team to define, implement, and operationalize master datagovernance processes across the client landscape.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across master data governance, data quality, business processdesign, change management, testing, deployment, and post-go-live adoption. The role requires deep SAP MDGexpertise combined with strong stakeholder engagement and banking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• SAP MDG Strategy & Governance: Define and lead the master data governance framework, policies,controls, and stewardship model across the project.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, workflows,business rules, and integrations.
• Business Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the programteam for all MDG-related activities. Expectation is to be on client site minimum 4 days/week.
• Data Quality: Drive data quality improvement, cleansing, validation, and governance initiativesacross master data domains.
• Testing, Deployment & Adoption: Oversee testing, business readiness, deployment, training, andsuccessful adoption of SAP MDG capabilities.

Requirements
