Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a SAP Master Data Administrator to ensure data integrity and governance across customer, supplier, product, and pricing records. You will act as the central SAP contact, manage user access, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

The role progresses through a two-phase scope, starting with core switchboard and data governance, then expanding to creditors management, reconciliations, and payment preparation. This is a on-site position in Montague Gardens/Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent; hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience maintaining master data across customers, suppliers, products, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal contact for SAP queries and user access.
• Create, review and maintain master data with approvals.
• Load new business partners and manage credit applications.
