Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bcom Accounting Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP Banking Modules, especially BCA & CML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current banking processes and workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.
• Provide expertise on SAP Banking Modules, especially BCA & CML.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP solutions to meet business requirements.

• Support users by providing guidance and resolving queries related to SAP Banking Modules.
