Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced Business Analyst with SAP SD/MM expertise to bridge business needs and SAP solutions. You will gather requirements, map processes, and support end-to-end SAP implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and SAP consultants, develop functional specs, UAT, and training materials. A strong SD/MM background, S/4HANA migration experience, and familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA are ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules (configuration and process flow).
• Proven track record in SAP implementation projects (full lifecycle preferred).
• Ability to create functional documentation, process maps, and test scripts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with integration points between SD/MM and other SAP modules (FI, PP, WM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for SAP SD/MM modules.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with SAP consultants and developers to ensure accurate system configuration.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/documentation for end-users.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
