Job summary

HYTORC South Africa is seeking an Administrator to join our team. The role emphasizes SAP and Excel proficiency, data entry, reporting, and document control in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage administrative systems, coordinate logistics, handle dashboards, and provide strong support to management. 3+ years admin experience and SAP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• SAP experience – minimum 1 year.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain administrative systems and processes.
• Handle data entry, reporting, and document control using SAP.
• Stock Management & Rental Fleet Control.
• Logistics Coordination.
• Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards in Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional support to the Management team and wider team.
