Responsibilities

• Develop marketing materials and promotional strategies to drive participation.
• Manage activity budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Gather participant feedback to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Ensure activities comply with health, safety, and insurance regulations.
• Maintain records of participant numbers, outcomes, and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate leisure activities with centre offerings.
• Stay updated on trends in leisure, recreation, and sports to propose new ideas.
