Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Salesforce Programme Manager to oversee a multi-project initiative in a contract role. The candidate will consolidate several sub-projects, drive change management, and report to the executive sponsor, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

We require a minimum of eight years of experience, driving Salesforce implementations, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across stages of the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience required in managing programmes.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions is mandatory.
• Experience in change management projects is required.
• Bonus for Learning Development initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizing programs and activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Developing new programs to support strategic direction.
• Creating and managing long-term program goals.
• Developing budgets and operating plans for the program.
• Developing evaluation methods to assess program strengths.
• Writing funding proposals to secure uninterrupted services.

Contract position

• Minimum of +8 years experience
• Experience in implementing SalesForce Implementations not negotiable
• Will need experience in Change Management projects
• A bonus if there is Learning Development initiatives as part of this, but not essential
• PM will need to pull together all the smaller sub projects as part of this programme and give a consolidated view to the Exec responsible for this programme

Responsibilities:

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
• Creating and managing long-term goals
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
• Working on strategy with the marketing team
