Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience across CRM, Service Cloud and related platform capabilities.
• Strong Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and REST API experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions focusing on CRM, Loyalty Management and Service Cloud.
• Lead design and implementation with emphasis on scalable architectures.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in CI/CD and testing.
