Job summary

Collinson is seeking a Salesforce Developer for Agentforce & AI Solutions to design, build, and optimise AI-powered Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with Platform Manager, Solution Designers, and stakeholders to implement intelligent workflows and secure data integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role focuses on Salesforce development, AI integration, and continuous improvement within a Centre of Excellence, contributing to enhanced customer service and membership

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Salesforce development roles.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, Salesforce platform development.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and optimise Agentforce solutions and AI-powered workflows on Salesforce.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and ensure secure, governed implementations.
• Integrate Salesforce with Data Cloud and external platforms.
• Ensure testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
