The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage Agentic AI capabilities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer relationship management processes, improving user experiences, and driving business efficiency through cutting-edge AI technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations, with a strong focus on incorporating Agentic AI functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered features, workflows, and automations using Salesforce's AI tools and relevant external AI platforms.
• Integrate AI models and services into the Salesforce platform to enable intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalized customer interactions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the domain of AI and Agentic AI.
