Job description

We are seeking experienced Agentforce Developers with strong Salesforce and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud expertise to join a high-impact delivery team within the Financial Services environment, on a contract bases.

The successful candidates will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce and Agentforce solutions to enhance customer engagement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Agentforce and Salesforce solutions
• Customize and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs
• Support solution testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Ensure best practices, security standards, and governance are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Experience working with Agentforce capabilities and AI-driven Salesforce solutions
• Solid knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience
• Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce environments
