Job summary

PwC is seeking a Salesforce Lead at Senior Manager level within the SATIC (South Africa Technology and Innovation Centre). You will lead, mature and scale the Salesforce delivery capability, aligning with PwC territories and Salesforce alliance partners to drive value.

The role emphasizes high-quality delivery, governance, workforce planning, and capability development. You will collaborate closely with client teams, shape delivery models, and ensure programmes deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• Salesforce Certified credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across Salesforce programmes, portfolios and managed service engagements.
• Establish delivery governance including mobilisation, oversight, quality reviews and risk management.
• Shape scalable Salesforce delivery approaches and operating models with territory teams.
• Review solution architecture, estimates, and delivery approaches for quality and value.
• Drive adoption of standard delivery methods and quality assurance checkpoints.
• Monitor performance, utilisation, capacity, and delivery risk across engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across PwC territories and partners.
