Motus Retail, a subsidiary of Motus Holdings Limited, a leading automotive group is looking for a number of sales trainees for our dealerships across North & West Gauteng.

If you are an outgoing, high-energy young person who is eager to learn and build a great sales career in the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you!

Being a successful vehicle salesperson takes skill, commitment, and the ability to read and connect with people. You have to understand what customers need, handle negotiations smoothly, and stay updated on the latest car models and features, financing options, and dealership promotions. You also need to be comfortable with using social media creatively to build up a following; capable of creating your own content where necessary and managing your online presence frequently.

Vehicle sales can be a demanding job, but for those who thrive in sales and love cars, it can be an exciting and lucrative career path.

Should you be successful, you will be placed on a 6-month fixed-term contract across our network of 7 dealerships based in the North & West of Gauteng.

During the 6-month fixed-term contract you will be taught the sales process and disciplines to be succesful in vehicle sales. On completion of the 6-month period, you may be appointed permanently as a vehicle salesperson.
