Job summary

The Unlimited is seeking a Sales Technology & Operations Manager to oversee the technology that powers our sales teams in Durban. You will ensure CRM, diallers and operational systems run reliably, scale with growth, and continuously improve workflows to boost performance across telesales and field operations.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in sales technology or CRM operations and a proven track record of enhancing system uptime, integrations and efficiency within fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in sales technology, CRM operations, product ownership, or business systems.
• Experience in sales environments such as telesales, BPO, financial services or similar.
• Strong understanding of systems, workflows, integrations and operational optimisation.
• Proven ability to improve system performance, uptime and operational efficiency.
