Job summary

Huntswood Group is seeking a Team Leader (Sales) within the Utilities sector to drive superior customer service performance for Huntswood clients. The role focuses on achieving outstanding quality and operational efficiency, managing KPIs, and coaching a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will lead performance, resource planning per SLA, and create a culture of continuous improvement while mentoring advisors and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Existing team leader in the Utilities space.
• At least 12 months experience in sales.
• Available to start on Thursday 26th November.
• Experience navigating multiple systems.
• Strong technical problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and achievement of team KPIs.
• Leave/Absence management to ensure required resourcing per SLA.
• Handle disciplinary & HR matters in line with policy.
• Maintain team motivation with rewards & incentives.
• Ongoing coaching and regular 1-on-1s with team members.
• Prepare and review reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Drive change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes within the team.
