Qualifications

• Property Industry experience essential.
• At least 5 years minimum experience within a utility's environment.
• Creditors/Account reconciliations and payments experience essential.
• Valid Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship between Landlord, Service Providers, and Tenants.
• Open new accounts with Council and manage queries.
• Provide regular reporting and risk management.
• Monitor consumption and recovery of utilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Acts and bylaws.
