Huntswood Group is seeking a Team Leader (Sales) within the Utilities sector to drive customer service performance and operational efficiency for Huntswood clients and their customers.

The role focuses on managing KPIs, resourcing, HR matters, coaching, and ongoing talent development, with a strong emphasis on aligning with Huntswood values and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Existing team leader within the Utilities space.
• At least 12 months experience in sales.
• Extensive experience navigating multiple systems.
• Strong technical problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Managing performance and achievement of team KPIs.
• Leave/absence management ensuring required resourcing is available as per SLA.
• Disciplinary & HR related matters in line with policy.
• Maintains team motivation and implements rewards & incentives.
• Ensure employee experience aligns with Huntswood culture.
• Ongoing coaching provided to advisors; regular call listening.
• Team development conversations (CPD, succession, career pathing).
• Monthly 1-1s with team members; identify top talent.
• Address skill gaps; arrange assistance as needed.
• Complete required reports per schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Drive change initiatives to achieve desired team outcomes.
