Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Lead for our EasyPay Everywhere Branches in Newcastle. You will lead and develop the team, set targets, coach staff, and ensure delivery of customer-focused solutions. Strong banking knowledge and people leadership are essential.

You will manage leave, hours, and performance while driving sales initiatives and ensuring compliance with processes and regulatory requirements. Experience in financial services and report writing is preferred.

Qualifications

• National Diploma/NQF level 6 qualification in Business Studies or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred in a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience with report writing and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team in the EasyPay Everywhere Branches.
• Set targets and ensure staff achieve them.
• Coach and upskill staff to meet individual and collective sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with processes, staff manuals and origination procedures.
