Job summary

Mango5 is seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage our outbound insurance sales team in Airport Industria, ZA. You will guide a group of agents who call prospective clients daily, identify their needs, and recommend the right warranty and insurance products.

You will coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable to hit targets while staying fully compliant. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced outbound environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Strong compliance and ethics in sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach outbound sales agents daily.
• Identify client appliance care needs and recommend warranties/insurance products.
