Responsibilities

• Keep track of daily activities and performance of the sales team
• Motivate, coach and lead the team to achieve targets and KPI’s
• Ensure team has resources to perform daily duties
• Evaluate performance and conduct follow-ups on individual PRPs
• Set sales targets and KPIs for individuals
• Recruit and interview new hires
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and comments
