Job summary

Soudal, Europe’s largest independent producer of mastics, adhesives and PU foams, seeks a Sales Representative for the Eastern Cape. You will grow sales by maintaining key relationships, promoting products across retail and end-user markets, and pursuing new opportunities.

The role requires a Matric certificate, 5+ years of sales success, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Afrikaans. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver’s licence, own transport.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct customer and store visits to promote and sell products.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Eastern Cape region by maintaining existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's products across retail and end-user markets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver's licence, own transport.
