DVH HOLDINGS is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive growth in our South Africa market. You will identify new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach, then tailor solutions to client needs.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, maintain relationships for repeat business, and provide regular CRM updates and forecasts to support strategy.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or target-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
• Resilience, time management and a drive to hit targets.

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referral channels.
• Client Engagement: Conduct engaging product presentations, pitch value propositions, and tailor solutions to individual client needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to close sales and meet or exceed monthly/annual quotas.
• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and uncover upsell opportunities.
• CRM & Reporting: Log daily activities, track sales pipelines, and submit regular forecast reports using company CRM software.
• Market Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a target-driven commercial environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
• Mindset: High resilience, persuasion, time-management abilities, and a strong drive to hit performance targets.
