Job summary

CDW is seeking an organised Sales Operations Administrator to support end-to-end order processing in a fast-paced international environment. You will collaborate with sales, procurement, and internal teams to ensure accurate quotes, orders, and timely deliveries.

The role requires strong CRM/ERP experience, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You will build relationships with internal and external partners and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative function within a fast-paced, international organisation.
• Ability to follow defined processes with curiosity to understand why.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and relationship building.
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end order activities and ensure accuracy within SLAs.
• Produce client quotations in line with margin policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Services and procurement for orders, returns, and contracts.
• Maintain data accuracy and resolve issues; build effective internal/external relationships.
• Identify process improvements and support AI-enabled initiatives as applicable.
