Job summary

Ekco in Cape Town is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide practical support to the sales team, handle customer inquiries, and maintain CRM records. The role emphasizes efficient coordination and timely responses to keep business development on track.

You will work closely with Inside Sales Managers and Account Managers, manage schedules, prepare quotes, and ensure data accuracy across departments, contributing to smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain customer databases and sales records
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Coordinate your schedule with the sales team
• Prepare, coordinate & process sales quotes with account managers
• Maintain and update sales opportunities / customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
