Job summary

iStaff (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced regional sales leader for KwaZulu-Natal to lead a sales and merchandising team. You will drive growth, build customer relationships and implement strategies to expand market share.

Requirements include minimum 2 years FMCG sales experience, leadership ability, excellent Excel and reporting skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel extensively within KwaZulu-Natal. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' FMCG sales experience.
• Leadership or management experience will be advantageous.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent customer relationship skills.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout KwaZulu-Natal.
