- Work closely with Operations to ensure that sales commitments can be delivered successfully.
- Continuously improve the sales process and conversion rate.

- Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead management and conversion.

- Good organisational and reporting skills.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in vehicle tracking, automotive, telecommunications, insurance or related industries will be advantageous but is not essential.
- We are looking for someone with strong sales-management ability rather than someone who simply has industry experience.
Benefits
- Competitive basic salary.
- Performance-based commission/incentive structure.
- Opportunity to lead and grow an established sales team.
- Opportunity to develop new sales channels and business partnerships.
- Career growth as the company and sales department expand.
