Kinetic is working with a reputable Medical Device company actively recruiting a Sales Manager - Dental for their team in Johannesburg.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned customers
• Develop, execute, and regularly review account plans in line with company commercial strategies
• Effectively plan customer visits and document outcomes in the sales system
• Recommend tailored solutions that create value for both the customer and the organization
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and customer needs
• Deliver clear and compelling product presentations highlighting key benefits
• Coordinate and distribute promotional materials in alignment with marketing plans
• Attend industry events and customer meetings, and support the organization of company-led events
• Provide product training and ongoing support to customers as required
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support functions, to achieve objectives
• Meet or exceed sales revenue targets within the assigned business unit and territory

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates based in Johannesburg or nearby will be considered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience within the Medical Devices industry.
• Must have strong dental equipment/consumables/implant sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• A Degree in Dentistry is preferred.
