Ellahi Consulting is hiring a SALES CADET for a 12-month Workplace Experience contract at motor retail dealerships in Boksburg, East Rand. You will join the Vehicle Sales and Parts divisions and report to the Dealer Principal and Sales Managers.

The role targets individuals with a post-matric qualification in Sales/Marketing/Communications, a valid Code B/08 licence, and strong communication plus admin skills. Training will cover sales fundamentals, with mentoring and coaching throughout.

Qualifications

• Post-matric qualification in sales/marketing/communications.
• Valid South African driver’s licence (Code B/08).
• Must NOT have participated in the YES programme.
• Computer literacy required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Learn and train as a sales professional in Auto Dealerships.

Dealer Principal / Sales Managers

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• Suitable Post-Matric Qualification - Sales/Marketing/Communications.
• Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code B / 08).
• Must NOT have participated in the Youth Employment Services Programme (YES).
• Be computer literate.
• Persuasive communication style.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management.
• Suitable workplace experience would be advantageous.
• Priority will be given to EE candidates.
