Qualifications

• Matric
• Recent Graduate - sales related field of study is preferred
• Drivers License - essential
• Computer literate
• No previous sales experience required - a passion for sales is essential

Responsibilities

• Close and formalize deals with appropriate commercial arrangements.
• Maintain and develop a sales pipeline and customer information using sales tools.
• Increase conversion of sales from marketing campaigns and provide feedback.
• Demonstrate ethical sales behaviour and respect diversity.
• Achieve sales targets including contract opportunities.
• Update and maintain sales administration and reporting systems.
• Locate potential business through prospecting and cold calling.
• Attend to phone enquiries and leads from colleagues.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to new or existing customers.
• Undertake needs analysis by surveying client premises.
• Complete site risk assessments for client proposals.
• Present pricing structures and benefits to clients.
• Obtain authorization on new service agreements.
• Approach clients for annual price adjustments.
• Maintain client retention through strong relationships.
• Focus on building client relationships.
• Promote cross- and up-selling to grow client portfolio.
