Job summary

Compass Medical Waste Services seeks a Sales Executive for our Clayville, Olifantsfontein branch to drive growth in healthcare risk waste solutions and manage key customer relationships.

A valid driving licence and own transport are essential for field visits and meeting clients across regions.

Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 5 years sales/medical representative experience.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Nursing is advantageous.
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Generate new business through up sales / cross sales.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Key Requirements:

• Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
• Minimum 5 years sales / medical representative experience
• Sales and Marketiing Diploma / Nursing Diploma an added advantage
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of the Health Care Risk Waste Industry an added advantage
• Must have own reliable transport with a clear and valid driver's licence
