The successful candidate will conduct client visits, present proposals, and negotiate deals while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and collaborating with operations to ensure top-tier delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' proven sales experience within courier/logistics/express delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• CRM systems experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Existing industry contacts and local market understanding is advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key client relationships and achieving sales targets within the courier and logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records.
• Matric / Grade 12.
• 3–5+ years' proven sales experience within the Courier, Logistics or Express Delivery industry.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong new business development and hunting experience.
• Existing industry contacts and a strong understanding of the local market would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate, with experience using CRM systems.
