Job summary

Must Energy Group in South Africa is seeking experienced Sales Engineers to drive growth in the SA market. You will build distributor networks, manage key accounts, and collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver solar inverters, UPS, and energy storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in UPS and distributors/channel partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Local language is a strong advantage; self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the South Africa market.
• Identify and develop distributors, installers, and key partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Achieve sales targets and support regional business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical, product, and marketing.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, meetings, and customer visits.
