Qualifications

• 6-8 Years' Sales Management experience.
• Fleet Management and leasing Experience (Preferred).
• BCom with Hons (Preferred) and Matric.

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to enhance brand trust.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery to proactively prevent issues.
• Align service delivery processes and channels to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and evaluate customer touchpoints for effectiveness.
• Engage cross-functionally to provide and receive work support.
• Promote cross-functional skills transfer and continuous learning.
• Contribute to the area’s transformation plan and ensure implementation.
