This role is responsible for defining, adapting, managing, and governing the processes and operational rules that sales teams must align with and execute nationally. Serving as the integration point for all specialties within the Enablement Team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and alignment. Acting as the operational backbone for the successful execution of business processes, strategic projects and line function upskilling and capability development.
