The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support the sales pipeline. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and initial client engagement to drive revenue growth. The SDR acts as the first point of contact with potential customers and plays a key role in building strong client relationships.
What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and potential value
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM systems
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Judgement and decision making
- Exercise sound judgement in qualifying leads, ensuring alignment with target customer profiles and business objectives

What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Time management and organizational skills
- Skills, knowledge and capability
- Experience in B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
