You will oversee SFA data integrity, dashboards, and reporting while identifying risks and opportunities to improve route-to-market effectiveness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales Leadership, IT, and Marketing, plus delivering ad hoc analyses and automated solutions to enhance decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations within FMCG
• Experience working with Sales Force Automation systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, and business intelligence tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and transform SFA data into actionable insights to drive business performance.
• Manage and optimize SFA dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Monitor field sales KPIs and support management with data-driven insights.
• Develop automated reporting to improve data visibility and decision making.
