ATS Client is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to support data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting to help drive business development, operations and efficiency. This entry‑level role suits someone with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

You will work with Excel, SQL, Python/R and BI tools to transform data into actionable insights and create dashboards for stakeholders. This position is based in Pretoria with on‑site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Previous internships in data analysis or BI preferred.
• 2+ years experience in internal sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Valid driver's license & own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from internal and external sources.
• Assist in automating data extraction processes.
• Clean and preprocess data for accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify trends and correlations.
• Create dashboards and visual reports (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Present findings to senior analysts and stakeholders.
• Document data processes and methodologies.
