Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Data Analyst to support Sales and Commercial teams by analyzing and reporting on SFA data. You will transform sales and field execution data into insights that drive performance, improve productivity, and optimize route-to-market.

You will oversee SFA data integrity, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for strategic decisions. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, 2–3 years in data analytics, and experience with Sales Force Automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Sales Analytics.
• Experience with Sales Force Automation systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and field data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage SFA dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop automated reporting to improve data visibility and decision-making.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights.
