Hydrofire and Helios Fire in Cape Town are seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant to join our premium showroom. You will connect with clients, tell our brand story, and drive sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Bring 5–7 years of showroom retail experience, a customer‑first mindset, strong communication, and numbers‑savvy pricing accuracy. You’ll work with CRM/CIN7 and collaborate with designers and trade partners to grow the Hydrofire & Helios footprint.

• 5-7 years retail or showroom sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain value and quality of premium products.
• Numerical accuracy for pricing.
• Experience with CRM and CIN7 invoicing.

• Welcome clients and deliver excellent service.
• Present and sell premium lifestyle products - from fireplaces to outdoor furniture and fire pits.
• Prepare quotations and guide customers from enquiry to delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Support promotions and showroom events.

Salary: R15,000 Basic Salary, TBC Retail Commission (Commission kicks in after sales target is reached)

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Consultant who can jump right in and go get the sales! They can connect with customers, tell our brand story, and drive sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients into the showroom and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Confidently present and sell premium lifestyle products - from fireplaces to outdoor furniture and fire pits.
• Prepare accurate quotations and assist customers from the first enquiry to the final delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Support marketing promotions and showroom events.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of retail or showroom sales experience, ideally in a premium or design-related environment.
• Confident, articulate communicator who can explain value and quality.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Good understanding of numbers and pricing accuracy.
• Tech-savvy (CRM / CIN7 invoicing experience preferred).
• Self-driven, reliable, and team-oriented.
