Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Consultant with extensive solution sales experience, particularly in a TES environment. Inherent Requirements


  • Minimum 5 to 10 Years’ solution sales experience of which at least 3 years’ must be from a TES Blue and White-Collar Sales environment

  • Recruitment and Selection experience

  • Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA and Bargaining Councils)

  • New business development experience within various industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining

  • Proven successful sales track record of securing new TES business

  • Computer literacy : MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients

  • Willing to work under extreme pressure

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to foster the expansion of business opportunities

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

  • Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by Management delivery for the branch

  • Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking

  • Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets

  • Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets

  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business

  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries

  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients

  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees

  • Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure

  • Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize networking opportunities

  • Ability to work at a fast pace

  • Remain self-motivated and use own initiative
