An established national organisation within the courier and logistics industry is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead its commercial strategy across South Africa.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, developing high-performing sales teams, and supporting franchise success across a national network.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
• Extensive experience in strategic sales leadership and key account management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen.
• Experience within the courier, logistics, supply chain or franchising environment would be highly advantageous.
