Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join their team and support the successful sale of new-build homes across the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional with a proven background in new home sales. You will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and agreed KPIs.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed information on new-build properties and developments.
• Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and guide them throughout the buying process.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and follow up leads effectively.
• Qualify prospective buyers and understand their individual requirements.
• Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, site teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer information and reservations.
• Ensure all sales and customer documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Promote the development, available properties and associated incentives effectively.
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and contribute to positive customer satisfaction.

About You

The successful candidate must have previous experience in new home sales and ideally have a strong understanding of the new-build residential property market.
