Position Overview
Our Client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales and sales operations. The role connects back-office sales activities with customer-facing initiatives, helping to ensure sales pipelines, proposals, and targeted customer campaigns run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be well organised, have strong reading comprehension, and manage data, documents, and processes accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Support
- Proposal/RFP Management: Oversee the proposal and quotation process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements. Track and follow up on actions related to proposals and quotes in progress and already submitted.
- Sales Command Centre Management: Own the maintenance, updating, and governance of the DT Sales Command Centre Excel workbook (including pipeline, weighted sales, proposal register, action trackers, and all governance tabs). Ensure high data integrity, prevent cut/copy/paste errors, perform regular quality reviews, and deliver accurate, professional sales reports and insights for management.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, contact lists, and sales pipeline information.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and action reports for management.
- Account Strategy Development: Coordinate and implement strategic customer plans with Direct Transact executives and customer-facing teams, updating the objectives, goals, and actions needed to strengthen relationships, grow accounts, and achieve mutual success.
Customer Communication Coordination
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches/communication.
- Collateral Management: Maintain, track and distribute sales/marketing content.
- Ensure that new and current customers are aware of the company's offerings, products, and services, and provide training or educational resources as necessary.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external sales inquiries/actions, routing them appropriately.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Artificial Intelligence & CRM is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organisational ability, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strict attention to detail.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial services, local market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales cycles is highly advantageous.
