Job summary

Driving Sense (PTY) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator in Kempton Park to ensure seamless delivery of training programs. You will coordinate schedules, manage resources, and provide superb support to trainees and clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about safety, with experience in coordinating training, handling logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, and collaborating with trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating training programs or projects, preferably in safety or education.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and LMS experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs by scheduling sessions and allocating resources.
• Act as primary client liaison for training inquiries and service quality.
• Track training progress, certifications, and feedback for requirements.
• Support trainers with materials and resources for high-quality delivery.
• Provide administrative support for materials, presentations, and reports.
• Manage logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, including venues and equipment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through trainee feedback and improvements.
