Job summary

Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee lodge operations and lead multiple departments in a safari lodge setting. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage Food & Beverage, and promote safety, conservation, and sustainable practices while driving staff performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wildlife conservation and sustainable practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage and service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• 5 years experience at a similar Safari Lodge Operation position will be highly advantageous, and a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Valid Driver's License.
