Vertice, the Intelligent Procurement Platform, is hiring a Sourcing Analyst to support our Procurement team in optimizing SaaS renewals. You will negotiate with suppliers on transactional contracts, ensuring pricing and terms meet customer needs while moving quickly.

With 2–3 years in procurement operations or SaaS delivery, you will communicate clearly, document updates in the Vertice platform, and nurture supplier relationships to deliver value for our customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement operations or related SaaS delivery.
• Comfortable negotiating SaaS contracts and understanding key terms.
• Strong commercial acumen to translate requirements into actions.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management.
• Accountable with a bias for action.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate directly with suppliers on transactional contracts, ensuring favorable pricing and terms aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the customer-facing Procurement team to understand customer requirements and non-negotiables.
• Keep customers updated regularly through clear written communication and update the Vertice platform.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient communication, especially over email.
